The Mother-ease store in St. Catharines is more like an office. It is in the industrial part of town. You go in their front door and they have a display.  The display has one of each of their products (I believe).  The people that work there are very friendly and helpful.  Both times that I have gone the same lady who has helped me.  They have a price list there which is a bit cheaper than online if you are not buying a specific package and if the online price is cheaper like the 4 cover special then they give you the specials price. The lady took my order, then she went and got it in the back part of the store.  Then I paid for it.  They sometimes also have seconds there too, which are final sale. (Their quality control must be extremely fussy because you really have to look for what is wrong with some of them).  I think their hours are 9 or 9:30 AM to 4 PM Mon-Friday.  I hope this helps you out and answers your question.
