  Care of bedwetter pants? (puglover333)

I decided to give the bedwetter pants a try for my son overnights.  I just have a couple of questions about the care of them.  I have never dealt with an all-in-one system.

Should I turn them inside out when washing?

Can the whole thing go in a diaper pail until I'm ready to wash? (I know that with the two piece system you shouldn't put covers in the pail)

Thanks

Yup, that's all I did. Turn them inside out and throw them in the pail till wash day. One warning though, they take a long time to dry!!

Karen.
