Anybody know whether a cloth diaper liner woven with silver (the metal) will clear up a diaper rash? I bought a couple of these liners while on vacation this summer because they were affordably priced.  I haven't had to use them, fortunately, but I'm curious for future reference.

(Yes, I went to a cloth diaper store while on vacation. Actually, I was visiting a dear friend who moved to England. I found a cloth nappy co-op near her home, and she took me there (diapers=nappies). It is the only brick-and-mortar CD store I've ever visited. DH thought I was crazy, but I loved it. By the way, Mother-ease Sandies and Airflow covers were well represented.)
