So i have another question...does bamboo whiten in the sun and snow like cotton does??? My mom in law told me she used to hang them out when it snowed and the snow seemed to whiten them..but that was cotton and i she didn't know if bamboo would whiten the same..

I have bamboo that is 8 months old and bamboo that is 2 weeks old. The bamboo has lightened a tiny bit compared to my new ones, but not as drastically as the cotton does. So yes, over time they might not be as tan as when you first got them.

And if you're asking about stains coming out, I have only one bamboo, and it is in the same condition as my cotton OS (i.e. no visible stains).  I haven't been hanging them in direct sunshine, since it's so dry here that it's just as easy to hang inside, but they seem to act the same as the others.  The realt test would be BF poo, but I got my bamboo after that point.
