Just wondering if Cotton or Bamboo OS are trimmer?  Or are they just the same?

Thanks!

Oh yes!!!! Very trimmer! and much much softer! I love them but from what i've read a few people have been having problems with them wearing out faster! I have a very chubby little girl and recently just switched from disposables to cloth. I was a little overwhelmed with the bulkiness of cloth but i always grab the bamboo first because they are so much trimmer!

Yep.  They are.  Mine also have not gotten the stinkies everyone talks about.  I love, love, love, love my bamboo too.  They fit his regular clothes.  We don't have to go up a size with the OS bamboo.  I will be bummed too if mine don't survive.  I got my fingers crossed they will make it and only 2 of my diapers will ever be affected.  I can not say enough about them.  Even the liners are less stinky in the morning.  If he uses the UB Sandy @ night, look out strong smell, plus his bubble butt is very big.  LOL.

I dont have stinky diaper problems, I love the bulkyness of cotton sandies when we are home, but for going out I like the onesize since I can carry more diapers at a time. are bamboo sandies also trimmer and how absorbant are they compared to cloth?

The bamboo diapers all absorb the same amount as their cotton counterparts; they are just trimmer because bamboo absorbs more for its weight than cotton does.

Let me clear up my stinky comment.  I have never had my bamboo have the stinkies.  My UB cotton and Organic Sandys can stink.  Maybe detergent build up.

The Bamboo Sandies are a lot trimmer.

I have only ever used OS bamboo for my daughter (first child) and I am wondering just how bulky cotton diapers are vs. bamboo as I find the bamboo make her bum huge! It is rare that I find a pair of pants to fit properly. Right now she is 6 months and I have her in PJ's full time because I can't find pants to fit her bum when she is wearing her bamboo.

You can try dresses with babylegs... Or some people have good results with overalls.

What type of cover are you using? sometimes that can make the butt bigger & also harder to fit under clothes.  I also think its an age thing as well.  My DD had trouble fitting in some pants at that age too.  As they get older CD's start to fit way better.
Like the PP's said, have you tried sizing up? Stretchy pants, dresses, skirts (sized up),jogging pants, baby legs, fleece pants(you use them as a cover), wool longies/soakers/shorties are all great for CDing.  Good Luck mama
