Has anyone had trouble with the organic OS? (MamaWillow)

Okay mamas, I'm a little worried here. I have a stash of 26 organic OS that I got about a month ago. They are great, I love them, but last week as I was putting them away I noticed some funny wear spots. On the outside, where you can see the stitching from the soaker, there are like small "runs" in the fabric, along the stitching. Some of them are tiny and some are bigger, and I can see light through them. Like big pinholes (it's hard to describe). It is happening on about half of my dipes. Yesterday when I put them away, (they have been washed twice since I first noticed anything) there were actually a few real holes in the outside layer, also along the stitching. Like the "runs" had gotten bigger. What?????

I called ME the first time I noticed this, and they had me send them my worst diaper. They said they will determine if it is a manufacturing defect or not, and will replace them if it is. I know that the organic cotton is not supposed to hold up like the cotton/poly, but starting to show signs of wear after three weeks (when i first noticed this) seems horrible to me. I haven't heard anything from them yet, but I'm on the west coast and the mail probably takes forever from here.

I know someone is wondering what my wash routine is:
Dry pail, cold rinse with a squirt of bac-out, hot wash with country save and an extra cold rinse, medium dryer. I never used anything else for fear of wearing them out or damaging them in some way.

I know the ME is known for great long-lasting products, but I am really worried here. I'm wondering if I made the right choice with the organic, even if they replace them, will the next batch wear this way as well? Do you think they would consider trading for the bamboo if they decide to replace my dipes? I'm concerned that I'll be stuck with crappy diapers if this is just the way the organic goes. Any advice? TIA

My Organic Sandys had holes in the same spots on both and they were older than that.

I have pinholes in my bamboo and my hubby has me convinced it is the fabric, because all of them have pinholes on the single layer.

I am sure that ME will make it right.  It had to be a bad batch because so many other people use them with no problems.

I can't say anything for the organic dipes (although I have been very curious about them) but I can say that I live on the West Coast (U.S. ... do they call the West of Canada the West Coast as well?) and for some reason the mail seems to be Pony Express slow when going to ME. I can also say that I think their customer service is excellent so I would not worry if it takes a little to hear back.

Hey mamas, just wanted to give you an update. I talked to Rick at ME yesterday and he thinks that maybe the wrong needle was used in sewing the dipes that are already wearing out. As soon as I know exactly how many are affected (I need to have all of them clean at the same time to see) I can call and they will relplace them. I am continually amazed at the fantastic service at ME. It makes me even more happy that I bought my dipes from them (not only because they are great dipes but because they are such an awesome company). Woohoo!
