Has anyone ever used the xsmall airflows with any diapers besides the xsmall sandys?? Our smalls are way too big on my 4 week old at 7 pounds and I need to get something that will work with her diapers. I have some smaller WAHM diapers and would love to know if anyone has ever used these over other diapers. Thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

As long as they cover the other diaper, you should be able to use your covers with other diaper types. Although the xs aren't super common, many people use ME covers over other diaper types; they are great covers, so as long as the diaper is inside the cover, you should be good. If you have any prefolds, you can also use those with airflow covers for a trim fit, although it helps to have a snappi to keep the prefold together and help keep poop off the cover.
