With 2nd baby on the way I'm really thinking about buying mostly ME fitteds, but I would like some small aios for some quick changes & I think daddy would really appreciate it. We started using pockets and aios on my daughter when she could fit into a medium. I like what we have, but thinking in the long term, I'd rather have aios with snaps & made of cotton interior. So, the ME aio looks appealing, but I have never heard anyone talk about them. I would really love to hear other's experience.

Of course, excellent quality. The ME AIO's fit quite small however and I believe others will agree. Never a leak (like all ME stuff!), longer to dry, naturally, because it is AIO. Great for quick changes or for those not used to CDing.

I just wanted to bring this thread back to the top because I'm looking for some experienced opinions too. Also - does anyone have any experience with using mostly ME AIO's? Will they make it through two children if you're using an average size stash and line drying the majority of the time?

I wouldn't mind trying one out - I haven't seen these at my local baby shop. I'll look on the website to see if there is one of those introductory offers to try one out, then I can post here how it went. I really wanted to see of there was a bamboo one size to try, but I can order one of these. It would be great to stuff in the diaper bag for when we are out shopping, etc.

I must say that I've only heard good things about them. I have spoken with Erika @ Mother-ease on occasion and the AIO is the diaper she is most proud of. Should have patented it, it works so well & fits so good. I've heard the outer layer is soft like a suede & not plasticy feeling or crunchy, so much so that you'd think it wasn't moisture proof. I have also heard they wear quite well long term. You might try cruising DiaperSwappers or Cloth Diaper Nation and see if you can find more info & feedback on there. More traffic.
I personally have no experience with the AIO. I have no problems using the regular ME two layer system 24/7/365 with no issues. So using them once or daily isn't something I can comment on myself. But I have only heard good things on the ME diapers, including the AIO.

I use MEOS mostly but I did buy a couple small and a couple large AIOs to try. The AIOs are good for going out since it's one step although they take up more room in the diaper bag than just a MEOS. I find the AIO dries quicker than my bamboo MEOS since it must be just cotton cloth vs. bamboo. DS seems to soak the AIO more than the MEOS so I usually put a liner in there too when we go out. I've never tried any other brands but I do like the look and feel of the ME AIO.
