MEOS and breastfed baby poop (moondiapers)

How well do the one size diapers hold explosive breastfed baby poops?  I used Sandies with my last baby and never once had a leak, but I would love to only need one size this time around to save money.

Thanks,
Heather

Hey! I'm 5 months into it so far, and NO LEAKS!  Maybe twice it's gotten on the covers, but NEVER has it leaked out and onto his clothes. Love them! I'm having issues with the bulkiness, but it's good as far as poo is concerned!

No worries! I never ever had a blowout and we used MEOS for the first 8 months of my son's infancy. I thought with such a big leg gap, there was no way they would work but I was totally wrong & happy about it!
Way more reliable than posies!

I used both the Sandys and OS, and I can't say that I remember there being much difference in performance.  Once in a while onto the cover, very, very rarely beyond it.

I used disposable at first, so I know all about those explosive leaks, and the poor little rashes that goes with it.  I've tried out a few different types & brands of cloth diapers from a local trial lending program, so now I finally can say my baby has experienced enough diapers for us to make a decision.  We were quite impressed by how soft the bamboo sandy's were, how great the one sizes adjusted, and how well the covers worked at keeping wetness from leaking.  I did notice a difference in fit between Mother Ease and other brands I'd tried.  Without naming other brands, I will say that my baby was born a larger size, with adorable chunky legs.  This was a problem for the other brands AIO diapers, as they left red tracks around her legs and seemed to be a little too tight.  They also seem to leak more than I would like.  I love how the ME diapers adjust more gentle, without leaking.

Oh, and none of my baby's explosive poopeys have leaked yet in any of the ME.  So I'm either going to try and buy some one sized or Sandy's through the forum here, or I'll order some more new ones now that we know what we like.

Hope that helps.

I have to agree. I've never had BF poop come out of an Airflow cover.  This is one of my selling points on cloth diapers.  My friends deal with blow outs in disposables regularly so they are already doing extra laundry!

Love my MEOS - very rarely have leaks onto the cover and very very rarely up his back.  This especially compared to disposables...OMG, do I ever hate disposables.
