Size Small air flow covers with snaps sewn in bakcwards? (mommymcnair6)

Hi everyone.  I have 4 small airflow covers that seem to have the snaps sewed in backwards. I have tons of other air flow covers where the snaps snap onto the back part of the covers.  But these size small snap to the front part of the cover.  It's weird!  I have 4 to 6 of every other size and the small air flows are the only ones that snap to the front instead of the back.  It's like the snaps were sewn on backwards or something. Has anyone else experienced this?  I can't return them because I bought them last year, but they are brand new.  It's just very awkward to snap them onto the front instead of the back like I've been doing for 11 years!

Just checking to see if anyone else has this problem or if it is just me.  Maybe the small are the only size that are sewn that way for proper sizing?

Any comments/opinions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

You are not going crazy.  Compared to the M, M/L and L AF's, the smalls are a backward snap.  Truly, I do not know why?  Perhaps just a ploy to confuse parents?

I posted the same question when I switched from S to M covers, I was puzzled by the change and thought it was just to confuse sleep-deprived parents. Someone suggested it may be that newborns spend an awful lot of time on their backs, therefore it's better to have the snaps more in front, but when they get older they spend more time on their tummies, hence the snaps more in front. Someone else suggested it may be harder for toddler hands to unsnap the way the snaps are on the bigger covers. But those are only suppositions...
