question Colours and Absorbency ? (plumpudding)
Posted: 2:00:16 am on 8/23/2009 Modified: Never

Has anyone noticed a difference in the absorbency between unbleached, white and coloured cotton me diapers?  I am thinking of the one size primarily.  This is my third baby to be cloth diapered and I need to refresh my stash.  I am thinking of an all ME/ prefold combo.  I love the quicker drying time of the cotton.  However, from experience, sometimes the coloured version doesn't absorb as much or as well as the plain.

I know what you are talking about I had the same problem with another brand that was coloured but their natural cotton was fine. ME coloured are white on the inside the outside is the only layer of the diaper that is dyed. I like them, not as much as bamboo but I like them.
