  Sizing? (helenadc)

Hey everyone.  Question regarding sizing.  I have a couple OS which are fitting quite tight on DS (18 months, 29 lbs.).  I actually mostly use unfolded cloth because of ease of drying and versatility, but wanted to get some Sandy's possibly for daycare (provider's not familiar at all with CDing so thought it might be better).  Is the Sandy's large similar in size to the OS?  Would the toddler size be too big?  I don't want to put out too much money and not be happy with the size.
Thanks!  It took me awhile to get into the groove with CDing (was a wreck of a first time mother), but I must admit, I'm pretty addicted to it now.

The large sandy's fits a little bigger than the OS. I couldn't tell you about the toddlease though, I've never used them as my 2 yr old is tiny. I would tend to try the larges first though.

The L Sandys do fit more generously than the OS, especially around that 30-lb mark when some babies are still pretty chunky (The OS still fit my 29-lb DS#2 with room to spare, but he's nearly 3; when my DS#1 was 29 lbs at 1 year, they were quite snug).  My very chunky DS#1 wore the L Sandys until he PTed around 34 lbs, but they still had plenty of room in them.  Although the OS and L Sandys are listed to the same weight, the L Sandys definitely provides more room and could be worn by most kids to weights higher than 35 lbs.
I haven't used the TE, but would guess they'd be too big at this point.

Thanks for the info!  That helps alot.  DS is quite chunky, but seems to be growing up more than out, so I did suspect he might fit in the same size diaper for some time.  I think you're both confirming that for me.  Sounds like the large might work quite well for him.
Thanks!
