So, number 2 is on the way, arriving in April, and I'm a bit of a planner, so I'm looking ahead.

My dilemma is this: I have always diapered my daughter in her bed room. Now that I'll have two bedrooms going, should I set up a change table/diaper box/diaper pail in each room? Or just change her in the baby's room? I'm worried about nap time and also trying to make her like her new room. Any thoughts?

I kept the changing table in the baby's room, although part of that decision was based on needing the drawers for clothes.  By the time #2 came, #1 wasn't needing as many changes, and was quite predictable.  I tried a downstairs changing station for a while, but decided I preferred to have it all in just one spot.  I did, however, keep a diaper pail in the bathroom (wets in the bedroom pail, rinsed dirties in the bathroom), so if I wanted to do a quiet change, I'd grab a diaper from the baby's room, change #1 on the floor or wherever, and put the diaper in the bathroom pail.
