Anyone know much about dying covers? My boys are into yellow, yellow, and more yellow. Having yellow covers makes my life easier! So I'm considering dying their white covers and possibly their AIOs. However, I need to do this cheaply. What has anyone else used? Has anyone used Rit dye that you can get at places like Wal-Mart?

I know that most people have had no luck with dying covers, but I thought that maybe you could try to color them yellow with permanent markers (or let them do it themselves if they're old enough!)

Yeah, I found the old posts and am not encouraged. It sounds like permanent markers may be my best option! Is this why I have such a big collection of Sharpies? The boys are two and a half and would love to color their covers, I'm sure! But, I don't think they understand that they can't go and color all their other clothes, covers, and diapers. I'll have to think about that because it's a really cool idea!
