I use tea tree oil in my soap nut liquid for washing all my laundry including diapers.  I was just looking at a website that mentioned to be careful using tea tree oil with infants and cloth diapers.  Does anyone know why?  I only put in 15 to 20 drops in a 1.5 litre jug of liquid.

Thanks in advance.

I would think it would be because it's fairly strong stuff and could cause skin irritation.  Since your use equates to what, maybe one drop per load? or less? I wouldn't worry about it until you're seeing some kind of irritation.
Or are there other reasons to be cautious, anyone?
