My ME diaper covers chafed my son's legs, so I recently tried Thirsties. I loved them for the first months, but lately they have started leaking periodically. Does anyone have any other favorite brands of covers that don't chafe and don't leak?

Could the leaking problems be related to washing and drying? I usually wash the covers with baby detergent and borax, and I hang them out to dry.

Yeah, I've also heard that certain things used in washing can make covers like thirsties and bummis leak. There is an explanation of it on the bummis website. You could try dappi nylon pull on cover. Cheap, easy, work great!

My son has chunky thighs, n he had problems with chaffing, etc. I LOVE my dancing bears fleece covers!! Soft, cute, contains the MEOS's bulkiness too!! Got mine at pittsburghclothdiapers.com and they have freee shipping...great covers, they are very forgiving on leg size, etc. soft...

I'd try ME covers again. Were you using Rikki or AirFlow? I find that the AirFlow is gentle on my little one's legs. Good Luck!
