I have some small airflows and I am considering getting some xsmall airflows or some other newborn covers. I would really appreciate if someone can measure the cover for me from front to back (rise) and the widest part at the crotch.

You may have already done this, but you can get the exact measurements by calling or e-mailing ME's customer service. They are very friendly, and fast with responses via e-mail.
