Stay Dry Liners-which side goes on baby (plasticallergy)

I am starting cloth diapers now and bought the cotton liners and some stay dry liners because my son can make some serious diapers. Which side of the stay dry liner goes against his bottom. One side is smooth cotton and the other side has a woven texture to it.

The side that isn't cotton goes against baby's skin. It's a type of polyester knit that doesn't absorb liquids (instead it sends it through to the absorbant cotton and dries very very quickly, leaving baby's skin dry).
