We're trying to get our son to start potty training (he's only 2, but we're starting with small steps) and usually, while we're changing the latest dirty diaper we say things like "next time, tell Mommy and you can go on the potty!" and such type of comments, this morning we let the dog out in the back yard and my son ...was watching him through our laundry room window when he suddenly says "Mommy! Copper! No potty! NO POTTY!" The dog was pooping in the backyard and he was very upset that the dog wasn't using the potty. :S |
