I am looking forward to trying this out--the drawstring seems like it could be a cool feature, something that sets this apart from your average canvas bag.

The bag's dimensions are:

30 cm x 13 cm x 38 cm
(12" x 5" x 15")

It has a squared off bottom so we have length, width and height measurements.

Since I used my ME bag for the first time today, I thought I'd give some feedback.
1) I love the squared bottom.  If you are going to be using this for lots of heavy groceries, you could cut a rectangle of cardboard or plastic to fit the bottom to give it more rigidity and help keep things from jumbling together.
2) One thing I hadn't considered until I was unloading the van is that the straps are long enough to put over my shoulder--hurrah!  Not essential if this is just for groceries, but handy if it's lighter stuff, and a very nice thing if you are going to be using this for something like a beach bag, etc.
3) The drawstring is a little stiff.  I'm guessing this will ease up with use.  Not that essential for groceries, but a cool idea for those other canvas-bag uses, so I think that's a nifty extra.

Great feedback, thanks!

Yeah we tried to make the handle long enough to throw over your shoulder but also not drag on the ground when your holding it in your hand (would have been easy if everybody were the same height lol.)

About the drawstring at the top - it's definitely stiff at first and does loosen up after a few washes but will never really close all the way. The idea is to close off the top a bit so the bag doesn't fall open as easily.

We were also thinking since the material is pretty heavy duty it would be well suited to hold heavier items at the bottom and loose fruits/veggies on top. Tightening the drawstring should hold the fruits and veggies in, you just gotta make sure they don't get squished!
