hey all. i am looking to switch to the mooncup. i would like to sell my older set of 6 nighttime/heavy flow/PP Sorella-luna pads so that i can recoop some of the cost so that i can get the mooncup.  i found it at a very resonable $20.57.  these pads are a bit pilly from me ironing them once because the seller did not advise me against ironing and they are a bit misshapen from washing, but smoothing them out by hand gets them mostly back into shape with no problems.  they still work fine though. i will have to ask my dh about staining though. if he says that they have any stains, they will be treated accordingly to hopefully remove the stains.  might anyone be interested in buying these from me?  i am asking $3.50 per pad. that is $2.50 off of the original price because of wear to the pads.

You could try posting these at Diaperswappers.com, they have a huge buy/sell section for just about anything you can imagine, they must have one for mamma pads.

Before you sell them at a loss though, remember they could be useful post-partum pads for a future new baby. Or you could use them as back-up to your menstrual cup. They'll surely be much thicker than needed for that (most just use mini liners during the day and long ones at night) but they'll still be cheaper than buying a new set of cloth liners or using sposie pantiliners. Consider too that as much as I think menstrual cups are the greatest thing since sliced bread, not everyone loves them so it might be safer (if you can manage it somehow) to keep them till you've actually tried the cup.

Karen.
