| My daughter just started in big girl underwear, and we found size 2 at Zellers, she's 22 pounds, and very slim, but the size 2 fits well. They're fruit of the loom, 100% cotton, and I think the size 2 is for 22 to 25 pounds (I don't have the packaging any more). I bought the last two packs at my store, and when I asked, they said they don't stock a lot of size 2 because most kids are bigger when they start in underwear. I live in Ontario, but it's probably worth it to try your local zellers (they were 6 pairs for 6.99ish) and to check back or put in a request for them to hold them when they do come in (most Zellers will put a hold on things that are regular orders, at least the few around here do).
