  Covers and training pants (kjmckenzie)
Posted: 11:11:53 pm on 6/13/2009 Modified: 12:04:42 am on 8/18/2009

The Sandy's have been sold as a set (thanks Nicole!) and so now I am willing to sell the covers individually if anyone is still interested and sorry about the delay.  I just didn't want to have coverless diapers left!

I have covers 2 AirFlow M/L (one animal print, one underwater print), 2 AirFlow XL (one frogs and creatures and one animal print), and 1 Rikki LG (jungle print).

Lastly, I have two training pants (jungle and underwater).

All in excellent rarely used condition.

$10 each including shipping to Ontario.

Thanks!

I might be interested in 5 of your Lg Sandy's and 3 liners.  Why are they rough? How many times have they been washed and what did you use? I am also interested in the M/L airflow covers. How much for shipping to MD 21740?

I washed them a couple of times before I used them and then probably twice since then.  From reading the board (which I just discovered) it sounds like I have hard water and the last place we were in had a lot of chlorine in the water.  I did just do a rinse with vinegar but from the board it seems like I didn't use enough, it says to use 5 cups and I used a splash.  I've only ever used natural detergents but apparently even those can leave a residue depending on which ones and if you use too much.  I have also heard to put them in the dryer with something hard like a running shoe, but I don't have any clean shoes to use!  If I can find some time to do an extra laundry I will try the 5 cups of vinegar.  In the meantime I will try to find out shipping rates tomorrow.

the training pants are large.

I have a friend who goes to Oakville each week so if you want I can see if you can pick them up where she is to save on postage if you decide you want them.

I could really use your XL air flows.  I have been looking for a while!  Could you get postage to K2G 6L2 in Ottawa, ON?  Thanks so much!

That's great if I could pick up the items in Oakville!  I just have a few final questions, though.

Wht condition are the training pants in and also the M/L covers -- and how long were they used?  and how did you care for them?

Thanks!

same as what I wrote above-rarely used, good condition and washed in natural detergent-such as 7th Generation or Nature Clean.  Take your time to decide, I am a little overwhelmed by all the responses and I can't everything organized that fast anyway!

wickenching-my sister lives in Ottawa and is coming home this weekend so I can send the XL airflows with her if you want them, she is headed back Monday.

mandakeen-$16.08 shipping to you

I can't remember the American mama's username, but I gave Mandakeen first priority because she wants them all, if she decides not to take them then I will find out how much to send them to you.

Thanks everyone!

Hi!  Oh yes!  That would be great!  I suppose it depends where she is in Ottawa for me to pick them up though...it may be just as worth my while to pay for postage if she lives far from me!  Could you tell me what area she is in or how to contact her while she is here?  You can email me at

Many thanks,
Brenda

I have decided not to buy the training pants, but would still like to purchase the 2 m/l covers (for $16 for both).  Please let me know how I can pick them up in Oakville and when.  I am quite flexible!

Thanks.

Hi!  How are things going with the XL covers?  Have you spoken with your sister?  I hope to get the covers soon as my little one is bursting out of her L with a Toddlease and liner!
Thanks,
Brenda

Hi Everyone,

I'm really sorry but I've decided to only sell them as a complete package.  It is a lot for me to go to the post office and get estimates and then go back and mail two diapers at a time as I am a working mom with two little kids in the middle of a move.  I appreciate your interest and I apologize.  I may change my mind once things calm down but in the meantime I wish you luck in finding what you are looking for elsewhere.

Thanks for your understanding.

Krista

You may want to change your listing to state this so that people are aware that you only want to sell as a lot, otherwise people will continue to get the wrong idea, since everything is listed separately with it's own prices.
If you do decide to sell individually, I will buy 2 of the Sandy's.  Please keep me in mind

Thanks!
